Eric’s Laundry Room

Eric & Laura have a nice older home in a great Greensboro neighborhood. But the laundry room had seen better days. It was literally falling apart, from the leaky roof to the rotten joists.

We tore down the who room and started over. Photos are below. Warning: don’t look if you get faint at the site of rotten wood!
